Hello! My name is Kaitlyn Locke and I'm so glad you're here! Let me tell you more about me and why I love what I do!

Feeding people has always been a passion of mine. I love the feeling when you make something delicious and everyone around you can't get enough! 
My passion for baking came from my grandma. She was an amazing cake artist and caterer. I contribute so much of my own knowledge and passion for her.

At a very young age, I remember my grandma baking in the kitchen and me sneaking in to steal some of her frosting. One time, she made me pick out each and every crumb that I had added to the frosting... it took a very long time. Ever since then, I have learned to always separate my crumb coat frosting and my finish frosting.
As I start building my small business exploring the cake world, I hope I can share a small moment of happiness with you, as you bite into my heavenly homemade cake!
